    Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

    At Infusions Pakistan, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Since we deal in 100% natural herbs, roots, oils, teas, and crystals, we maintain a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

    ✅ Return Window

    • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
    • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of certain products (herbs, teas, oils), opened or used items cannot be returned.

    📦 Eligible for Return

    • Wrong product delivered.
    • Product damaged during shipping.
    • Expired or defective items.
    • Unopened items (herbs, oils, teas, crystals) in original condition.

    ❌ Not Eligible for Return

    • Opened or used consumable items (herbs, oils, teas).
    • Items purchased on discount/sale (unless defective).
    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

    🚚 Return Method & Cost

    • Returns are accepted by courier (mail).
    • Return shipping cost: PKR 250 (deducted from your refund).
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the full return cost.

    🔄 Refund / Replacement Process

    • Contact our Customer Support within 7 days at: +92 312 0449324 or +92 51 480 4172, or email order@infusions.pk.
    • Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
    • Our team will review your request and arrange return pickup (where available) or guide you on shipping the item back.
    • Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
      • A replacement will be shipped, OR
      • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

    🚚 Return Shipping

    • If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged/defective product), return shipping is free.
    • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    ℹ️ Additional Notes

    • Always keep your original invoice/receipt for verification.
    • For fragile items like crystals, please ensure safe packaging when returning.
    • For hygiene & safety reasons, consumables cannot be resold once opened, hence returns are restricted to sealed products.
